When you take the Support Automation Maturity Assessment, we collect your company name, email address, and your assessment responses. This data is used to generate your maturity report and, if you consent, to send you relevant content from Capacity.

How we use your data

Your assessment responses are used solely to compute your maturity score and generate personalized recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Sharing your results

If you share your results using the share link, anyone with the link can view your maturity scores. Share links do not expose your email address or company name.
